We're still kind of in shock, but after being on the market for just 1 week, we sold our house today! (well, pending inspection, etc. of course) The first person to look at it, made us an offer. They were willing to pay the full asking price if we paid some closing costs, so we went with it and we'll be moving out right before Christmas. Crazy. We were trying to prepare ourselves for situations if our house took too long to sell, and now we're dealing with the opposite problem! Now our predicament is whether to try and leave Oklahoma right after we close, or try to find a short-term rental here until after the baby is born and then take off. gah!

i'd rather have this stress than not selling your house stress. congrats!! at least you have a little bit of time to get it figured out from here. keep us posted with your plans.

WOW! What a relief! Does the buyer have any friends that want to buy a condo in Ohio!?!?!? :) So excited for you and your new adventures. By the way, the prego pictures look great! :)
